BATTERY INSPECTION


Image processing technologies play an important role in battery inspection. During the manufacturing and assembly process (e.g coating, slitting, notching, stacking) of the electrodes, line scan cameras are used to inspect dimensions, defects and alignment, of the battery components.

Another important application of image processing technology is to make a final check of the internal structure of the battery. This includes checking the arrangement of cells, seals and electrical cables. Vision software can automatically detect if there are any defects in the internal structure of the battery, such as leaks or loose wires.

These technologies enable automatic and rapid inspection of battery quality, which can reduce production times and improve battery quality. 

SOLAR CELL INSPECTION


One of the most important applications of machine vision technology in solar cell manufacturing is the inspection of the dimensions, optical properties and electrical properties of solar cells.
