OUR UNIFOC

The UNIFOC is an external focusing system which is especially designed for the use of Schneider-Kreuznach enlarging lenses in combination with linear and area CCD cameras. This combination allows the imaging of small objects with an extraordinary high image quality. Many machine vision applications require the imaging of small objects from distances of only a few centimeters. Together with lens, extension tubes and a camera adapter, they form a compact lens system perfectly tailored to the application.

Most of our lenses, do not have a focusing mechanism. When using such a lens the focusing or setting of the focal length must be done using a helical focusing mount called UNIFOC. The helical mounts; UNIFOC 7, 7/58 and UNIFOC 12 with the V interface allow a displacement of 7 or 12 mm. The helical mount UNIFOC 58 has a T2 thread (M42x0.75), and the helical mount 76 has an M58x0.75 thread. On the lens side, both have a Leica thread Ø39 x 26 Gg. 60°. The largeUNIFOC 100/77 and 100/95 series are equipped with a V-mount on the lens side and a 4 x M3 or 4 x M4 connections on the camera side. All products in the Unifoc series can be secured with a locking screw.
