Our UNIFOC focusing mounts are external focusing devices designed to provide precise focus adjustments for lenses without integrated focusing mechanisms. They allow for the smooth and precise control of lens position along the optical axis without moving the camera or the object.
More than 25 years ago, the system with a V38 interface, then known as the "macro system", was developed for image processing. It should be more compact than the UNIFOC 25 and optimized for industrial applications. The lenses, nowadays known as PYRITE, were given a metal body and a lockable aperture without detent. The UNIFOC 12 is significantly more compact than the UNIFOC 25 and has a linear movement and a stroke scale.
