Stabilized Lenses

What are stabilized lenses?

Schneider-Kreuznach's stabilized lenses are designed to deliver exceptional image stability even in situations involving movement or vibration. The rugged Schneider-Kreuznach lenses are bonded internally to prevent individual elements from moving and effecting the optical axis by movement and vibration.

Our stabilized lenses are designed for measurement applications requiring highly precise results. These specially secured lenses ensure that image shift is minimized to a level where the effect is negligible, even in difficult 3D measurements or other demanding triangulation systems.

Key features of stabilized lenses

Shock resistance up to 100 g
Secured mechanics and stabilized image position
Image position shift typically < 1μm
Minimized image shift while moving

Applications for stabilized lenses

3D scanner with industrial robotic arm for precise object measurement in an industrial setting

By stabilizing the optics, images and measurement results can be captured with greater accuracy and reproducibility. This is particularly important in quality assurance, material testing or process monitoring. Stabilized lenses are also used in 3D measurement, robotics, aerospace or medical technology to precisely track the movements of objects or instruments.

With our stabilized lenses, you can make your industrial processes more efficient and precise.
