Our contract manufacturing covers all key machining processes for precision components. From CNC turning and milling to anodizing, metal finishing, laser marking, and metrology – Schneider-Kreuznach combines decades of experience in fine mechanics with state-of-the-art technology. We manufacture parts from aluminum, stainless steel, brass, and plastics to the highest accuracy standards. CAD/CAM-supported workflows and ISO 9001-certified quality management ensure reproducible precision, even for complex geometries and tight tolerances.
Our CNC turning processes enable the precise machining of metal and plastic components with up to eight axes. Using state-of-the-art lathes from Index, Okuma, and Benzinger, we achieve tolerances down to ISO 5. We handle both small and large series with consistent quality. Driven tools allow for efficient production of complex geometries and threads.
Our CNC milling operations use advanced 5-axis and HSC machining to produce complex contours and freeform surfaces with high precision. Equipped with Chiron and Hermle systems, we achieve tight tolerances up to ISO 6. CAD/CAM programming ensures maximum accuracy and process stability for every component.
We offer anodizing in black, gold, red, blue, and natural finishes. The process protects aluminum components from corrosion while providing a premium, uniform surface. Our tanks allow parts up to Ø 350 mm and 450 mm in length with a maximum weight of 5 kg.
Our surface finishing capabilities include chemical pickling, polishing, and matting, as well as electroplating processes such as nickel and zinc plating. These treatments enhance corrosion resistance, appearance, and durability. Special processes for brass, steel, and aluminum are also available.
Using advanced laser systems, we mark components with durable precision. Whether serial numbers, logos, or QR codes, our equipment supports flat and circumferential marking up to Ø 110 mm. Deep engraving for textured markings is also possible.
Micro water jet cutting ensures contour-accurate machining with positioning precision of ±0.03 mm. Even sensitive materials can be cut without thermal stress. This makes the process ideal for prototypes and small batches requiring high dimensional accuracy.
Our metrology ensures documented precision throughout production. Using Zeiss 3D coordinate measuring systems, we perform tactile length, surface, and geometry measurements. This guarantees consistent quality and full traceability across all manufacturing steps.
Sand and glass bead blasting create uniform surface textures and remove burrs. The process is ideal for surface preparation before coating or for aesthetic finishing. Different blasting media enable customized surface effects.
Vibratory finishing smooths surfaces and rounds edges to enhance both appearance and functionality. This mechanical process ensures a clean, uniform finish for precision components.
Our production facilities in Bad Kreuznach are designed for high precision and flexibility. CNC turning and milling centers with up to eight axes enable efficient machining of various materials. The mechanical processes are complemented by surface finishing, micro water jet cutting, and advanced metrology from Zeiss.
