UV-IR Cut: For natural colors and authentic images
The new UV-IR Cut Filter reduces unwanted UV and IR radiation to promote natural, color-neutral image reproduction. It is especially useful with digital cameras because it prevents color shifts caused by residual sensor sensitivity, which can be distracting. The result is authentic skin tones and balanced rendering of materials and surfaces. This filter is ideal for architectural, product, and landscape photography, as well as for taking photos and videos.
The high-quality MRC nano coating makes cleaning easier and ensures the filter is low maintenance. Precision-manufactured in Germany, the filter is now available in the MASTER filter holder and replaces the previous Model 486 UV-IR Cut Filter in the BASIC holder.
Linear Polarizing Film: Shaping light with precision
B+W Filter's new linear polarizing film opens up a wide range of creative lighting design possibilities. When used with a polarizing filter on the lens, it enables precise control of reflections and the creation of extraordinary color effects.
