The Office of Defense Trade Controls Compliance reviewed the registration statement of our subsidiary Schneider Optics Inc. and renewed its ITAR certification (registration code: M22010) until the end of April 2023.

Dr. Wolfgang Ullrich took over as CEO of Jos. Schneider Optische Werke GmbH on 1 April 2020. The group intends to continue its strategic focus on industrial applications, cine and photo optics.
