B+W uses modern tinplate cans
Starting in September 2025, B+W Filter will change the packaging of its high-quality photo filters. The current leather cases will gradually be replaced with elegant tin cans. At the same time, the classic slipcase will be replaced with a modern folding box.
Why the change?

There is no longer a security label: Our anti-counterfeiting measures are effective, so counterfeits are rare today. This allows us to eliminate the security label and make the packaging more sustainable and modern. If you have any doubts about the authenticity of a filter, we will gladly verify it for you.
