A new chapter in life began for six young people on July 27, 2026: They started their apprenticeships at Schneider-Kreuznach. We are very proud and pleased to accompany, support, and encourage these young talents throughout their training in their respective professions.
The apprentices in the fields of industrial management, machining mechanics, industrial mechanics, and precision optics were warmly welcomed by our Managing Director and the training team at the beginning of their first day. The training team accompanied them throughout the day and provided them with an introduction to their new environment.
After a brief overview of Schneider-Kreuznach’s history, the new apprentices received information about the company, our products, and the various applications of our solutions from our Managing Director. Afterwards, they were introduced to important organizational topics related to the first days of their apprenticeship.
In the afternoon, the industrial and technical apprentices visited the company’s own training workshop for the first time, where they became familiar with their workplace. Meanwhile, the commercial apprentices explored their main work tool, the computer, and the various software programs before starting their work in their respective departments.
We wish our new apprentices a successful start, lots of enjoyment while learning, and an exciting training period at Schneider-Kreuznach.
